    The second addition to the Extended Range Variables (ERV™) product line, this Extended Range Variable Diameter (ERVD™) Thickness Calibration Block was jointly designed by PH Tool and Holloway NDT, intended for use as a versatile curved step block for thickness testing of pipe. Available in both Inch and Metric. With Multiple sizes in one convenient block, the ERVD™ Block covers the below diameters and steps -Inch • 3/4” NPS (1.050” OD) Steps .050, .150, .300” • 1” NPS (1.315” OD) Steps .050, .200, .400” • 2” NPS (2.375” OD) Steps .050, .250, .500” • 4” NPS (4.500” OD) Steps .050, .250, .500, .750” • Flat area for larger pipes. Narrow slots are cut completely through the block to create multiple points for calibration. The various distances from the OD to the outboard side of the slot represent different wall thicknesses. Thickness values are engraved directly on the block for convenient calibration. Block also engraved with alloy and unique S/N that ties it to the certs. 1018 Steel, Nickel-Plated 7075-T6 Aluminum, Anodized Type 304 Stainless Steel
