  • Precision and Corrosion Thickness Gages

    We are the leading source of thickness gages for the accurate measurement of nearly any material. Thickness gages include a wide range of features available for enhanced gage performance. Ultrasonic thickness gauges listen for echoes and measure virtually any material such as plastics, metals, and internally corroded materials. Measurement of extruded plastics and rolled metals is possible as is measurement of individual coatings in multilayer materials.

  • Probes and transducers

    Probes and transducers help you meet demanding inspection requirements with high quality probes and transducers in various frequencies, configurations, connector styles, and cable types.   • ATLAS transducers

    Atlas European Standard Transducers feature LEMO connectors, metric unit element diameters, and common frequencies, such as 1, 2, and 4 MHz. They are designed to meet inspection criteria referenced throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

  • Phased Array systems

    Our phased array (PA) instruments produce accurate, detailed cross-sectional pictures of internal structures at fast inspection speeds. Phased array technology uses multiple ultrasonic elements and electronic time delays to create beams that can be steered, scanned, swept, and focused electronically for fast inspection, full data storage, and multiple angle inspections. Phased array technology provides precise measurement with the most reliable results.

  • Test blocks for UT

    Calibration and/or Reference Blocks should be used in every application. Standard blocks are available for angle beam calibrations and thickness calibrations of common materials.
